Prizes & Donation Request For Installation Awards Dinner – Deadline January 29th

We are excited about our 118th annual Installation and Awards Dinner that will be held on February 1, 2020 at the Miners Foundry. We are seeking help to continue the community awards program which is where we recognize deserving people who have volunteered their time, are outstanding in the visual and performing arts and also those who build or remodel buildings in Nevada City that contribute to the ambiance of our charming town.

One of our creative ideas to fund the awards and dinners for these deserving folks is to conduct a raffle and silent auction, which will offer the chance to win one of many fabulous prizes and generate some money to recognize these outstanding citizens.

We are looking for prizes, donations, gift certificates or other creative items with a value of at least $25.

All donors will be recognized in the program, announced by the MC as the gift is chosen during the raffle/silent auction and promoted prior to the event on local radio stations and newspapers.

To ensure maximum promotional consideration, contributions must be received in the Chamber office by January 29th.  Please drop your contributions off at the Chamber during regular business hours, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm or mail to 132 Main Street, Nevada City, CA  95959.
