Victorian Christmas is a rain or shine event. Only in the event of dangerous inclement weather will
an event be delayed, postponed, or cancelled. Criteria is set forth by the Nevada City Chamber Board to determine when that protocol shall be in effect. When in effect, participants will be notified and updated through the following methods: email, website, and Facebook. We will make every effort to notify vendors at least three hours prior to the start of the event. As the event still incurs substantial costs each event day regardless of cancellation or not, there are no refunds for events delayed, postponed or cancelled. Every effort will be made by the event to avoid cancelling an event and/or rescheduling to alleviate expense to all participating vendors.
