This beautiful home was built in 1982 on 60 acres of hillside property above the south fork of the Yuba River in northern California's historic Mother Lode gold country, 20 minutes from historic Grass Valley and Nevada City. The interior features a 20' high cathedral ceiling, with three bedrooms sleeping up to seven, and two full baths on the upper floor. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor gas grill, hot tub and swimming pool. We have recently added broad-band internet access.
