Dressin’ Up for NC
Chuck Shea of The Parsonage B&B is organizing a “Dress Up Nevada City” campaign. He’s encouraging business owners and employees to dress in late 1800s period clothing to help create a more old-fashioned “Escape to the Past” feeling. He’d also like more merchants to stay open until 9 p.m. on weekends during the fall season.

Chuck reports that some out-of-town media have expressed interest in coming here and reporting on our old-fashioned town. He says that should boost local and out of town visitors to town. For details, check in with Chuck at (530) 273-6017 or captcshea@yahoo.com.
