Last Weekend for Windows on History

You’re Invited to Step Back in Time at the Windows on History Exhibit in Historic Nevada City, California

What: Windows on History is an exhibit of 47 mural-size historical photographs of Nevada City from 1850 to 1920 with accompanying stories. These photos will be placed in windows throughout the historic downtown at locations where they were originally taken. This unique concept invites the viewer to celebrate life in Nevada City through these powerful photographic streetscapes that contrasts the historic past with the dynamic present.

When: The entire month of October, 2011

Where: In 47 shop Windows throughout Nevada City’s historic downtown. Sponsored by the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce.
